Best Shopify Stores in Sweden (Part 1)
Sweden is known for its breathtaking views, great design and the famous Swedish meatballs. But how are the views in the ecommerce and Shopify landscape?
We were on a mission to find some of the best Shopify stores in Sweden and compiled the following list with 10 amazing stores. This is part 1 in a series.
The list isn’t ranked, and we’re sure there are many more great Shopify stores out there, but hopefully you’ll be inspired by how these stores did it.
1. CDLP

CDLP is a design house of luxury essentials. Developed with innovation in Sweden, the line is consciously constructed in Europe using future-oriented materials.
Their underwear is made from Lyocell derived from renewable wood sources, and their swimwear from Econul, an Italian-sourced premium nylon fiber regenerated from ocean and landfill waste.
What’s great about their Shopify store is that it's not just a display of products. Their website content shows the story behind the brand and the art vision that their products stem from. It features mentions from very renowned magazines such as Vogue and British GQ.
2. Akind

Akind is committed to real change. Doing things well is both a choice and a duty to them, and they are doing their best not to deviate from it. The quality of their products must be exceptional, but never at the expense of our environment and ethical principles.
Akind uses sustainable materials and partners with factories committed to exceptional craftsmanship and ethical methods. They make products that last. All their jewellery is made of 100% recycled 14k/18k solid gold that won’t oxidize or discolor.
Their Shopify store uses videos of their manufacturing processes on the website to share their story and values. The rest of their website is very minimalistic, which matches the style of their jewellery very well. This is a great example of how you can use the design of your website to further express the style of your brand.
3. Totême

Totême is a Swedish fashion label that explores the appeal of a modern uniform through distinct design cues, meticulous craftsmanship, and methodic repetition. Inspired by women’s lives and needs, the ambition is to define a dress code and wardrobe that backs their purpose.
With a clear point of view and design DNA, Totême revolves around focused options and signature styles. They offer iconic pieces with a strong identity, styled for different occasions. The look is precise and considered, defined by distinct silhouettes, perfected cuts and elevated fabrics.
The clear sections on their website make it very easy for customers to maintain an overview and find exactly what they’re looking for. Their minimalistic webdesign style ensures that it doesn't distract from the products and gives off a sophisticated look and feel.
4. Ryvelle

Ryvelle is a high-end apparel brand for conscious women with an active lifestyle. In a rapidly changing industry where consumption is a fundamental factor, Ryvelle is set out to change the pattern.
They are a dedicated collective, with true passion for uncompromising design in every aspect. They strive to create a beautiful and honest experience. Simple look, with an amazing feel. Over and over again through their activewear.
Ryvelle’s Shopify store does a great job of combining storytelling with listing their products through short snippets of text spread out over their website. Their Instagram feed at the bottom of the site does a great job of showing their products being worn and inspiring people on how to style them.

POC is a leader in the development of new protective technologies for cycling and snow sports. They’ve been awarded more than 60 international safety, design and innovation awards for its helmets, eyewear, body armor and apparel and continually innovate for safety.
Their mission is to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one.
Our favorite aspect of their Shopify store is the layout of the homepage. The mix of bigger sections with high quality pictures and products listed next to each other makes it very inviting to keep on scrolling.
6. Grimfrost

Grimfrost is a trendsetting Swedish company founded with the goal of sharing their heritage and our modern-day lifestyle with the rest of the world.
Building a bridge between the past and the present, they are dedicated to making and selling the highest quality Viking reproductions on the market, ranging from simple pendants to unique high end products not found elsewhere.
We couldn’t leave out this gem of a Swedish Shopify store. Grimfrost’s website breathes Viking culture with every aspect of their website branded in true viking style.
They are not just offering products but a lifestyle and community to join. This is one of those websites that will just keep you scrolling due to the attention to storytelling.
7. Aim’n

Aim’n is an innovative, genuine and up-to-date brand determined to create the next generation of athleisure and activewear. Their mission is to inspire women worldwide to believe in themselves and follow their dreams & hearts.
Everything in their collection is carefully designed in Sweden by their all-female design team and made to last long and take you from workout to weekend.
Aim’n is a great example of a clear and classic Shopify store. With great UX design, every section of their website is easy to locate. From their sale items, loyalty program to the story behind the brand. All in true Aim’n branding.
8. Grand Frank

Grand Frank isn’t just one guy, which is what many people assume. Grand Frank is a team of designers, buyers, and creatives who share a similar vision. They call their vision Confident Tailoring. They believe that a man should be able to express himself through what he wears, and feel confident doing so.
All of their products are designed in their studio in Stockholm, Sweden with the sophisticated yet individual customer in mind. Grand Frank sources materials from all over the world, from Italy to India, and work them into a collection which adds the finishing touches to the wardrobe of the modern gentleman on the go.
The elegance of Grand Frank’s Shopify store is outstanding. The design of their website was done with a lot of attention to detail. This is evident in the use of visuals in the layout of the home page, as well as in the colors used matching those of their latest collections.
9. GLOWiD

GLOWiD is a Korean skincare distributor in Sweden, inspired by the experience of founder Cecilia’s 3 years of living in Seoul. Cecilia wants more people to be able to benefit from effective and gentle products at a good price and get the famous smooth, radiant skin that she often saw and experienced in Korea.
At GLOWiD, they have continuous contact with the manufacturers in Korea in order to test new products and receive information about both new trends and innovations in Korean skin care in order to always be updated and at the forefront.
What really stood out about GLOWiD is they really go over and beyond in educating their customers. Their ‘Learn & Glow’ section is featured prominently on the homepage and provides customers with a lot of information.
Another reason why we’ve included GLOWiD in our list is the dynamic aspects of their store, for instance, the short product-focused video on the homepage.
10. Björk and Berries

Björk and Berries is an eco luxury beauty brand derived from Swedish nature and culture, using organic and natural ingredients. Sweden is more than a place, it is a state of mind. Björk and Berries distills this native temperament, creating perfume and skincare products for face, body and home that mirror the allure of the people. Simplicity and elegance are the key elements of the Björk and Berries Shopify store, completely in style with their branding and product offering. Their ‘journal’ section is an extension of the relaxation associated with using their products. By teasing their upcoming new collection they are already creating curiosity and excitement before its launch.
