Since we started ShopPop over 3 years ago, we’ve grown as a company, serving merchants all over Europe, with our headquarters still firmly rooted in Amsterdam.
Over the last years, platform fees for WhatsApp and SMS, that we have to pay to run your campaigns, have doubled from 7 cents to, in some cases, nearly 16 cents per message sent to your customers.
With the introduction of the WhatsApp Newsletter – a way to broadcast messages to a larger list of subscribers – the amount of messages being sent has increased massively. Leading to increased operating costs.
Next to that, we’ve always supported our customers with free implementation and onboarding to make sure campaigns run smoothly and widgets are customised to be on-brand.
To be able to run a healthy business, deliver unique, new features, pay platform fees and support customers, it's time to adjust our pricing structure.
The pricing changes found below will go into effect for existing customers as of February 1st, 2024 and as of right now for new customers.
For the monthly subscription this means that 0-1500 alerts will cost €299 per month, 1500-2500 alerts will cost €499 per month, 2500-5000 alerts will cost €899 per month and for customers exceeding these tiers we will provide a tailored pricing plan.
A yearly subscription still comes with a 20% discount. Please reach out to get yours activated.
All packages will include SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram channels, custom-branded widget designs, help from our customer success team and more.
